Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OAK + FORT pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that jewelry, intimates, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
